Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a free consultation session. This gives you an opportunity to see how our program works, and allows us to evaluate the student’s experience and level of training.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can make changes to your lessons at any time. You can also switch to or add another instrument.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour notice for canceling a lesson. If you need to stop your lessons, please provide a one week notice.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly basis.
How do I change my personal info?
You can update name, email address and other personal information by accessing your online account.
